We can bring top-notch IT services within reach of every organization through competitive hourly rates and attractive service packages. mac-tech services are always billed by the hour. For our complete list of terms, click here.
Onsite Services in our service area are billed in 30 minute increments with a one-hour minimum per visit. Remote Support Services are billed in 30 minute increments with a 30 minute minimum per call.
There is no travel surcharge for on-site service visits in Manhattan south of 96th street.

Pay-as-you-go

  • Base Rate: $124/hr
    This Rate applies to most of our basic support services.
  • Priority Support Rate: $161/hr
    This Rate applies to basic support services performed outside of regular business hours and to tickets that require prioritization or 24/7 turnaround.
  • Advanced Rate: $186/hr
    Tier 2 Support for Servers, multi-user systems and networking products - this rate also applies to group tutoring and custom development work.

  • Pre-paid Block of 10 hours: $1180
  • Pre-paid Block of 30 hours: $3450

  • Pre paid plans can be used with Priority and Advanced Services. The rate of deduction from your prepaid hours is 130% and 150%, respectively.
